Luxo Creations product warranty

All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, upon presentation of proof of purchase. This warranty applies to Luxo Creations vanities, sinks, storage units and bathroom accessories when installed and used according to the provided recommendations.

Inspection upon receipt

Upon delivery, the installer or purchaser must inspect all the merchandise to ensure there are no defects.

If a product is found to be defective, do not install.
Immediately contact your retailer or Luxo Creations Inc.

Installing a defective product will automatically void the warranty.

Transport damage claims

Claims for damage that occurred during transport must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

To have the claim accepted:

The bill of lading must have the mention “damaged” or “to check.”
Photos of the damage must be provided.
Otherwise, no credit will be issued.

For FOB Saint-Rémi orders, claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Transportation and installation fees are not covered by the warranty.

Colour and material variations

Some colour variations may occur due to:

the raw materials used;
the lighting;
the environment.

The actual colour may therefore differ slightly from the catalogue or samples. The surface of your vanity top may also change over time; this is considered normal wear.

Warranty application conditions

The warranty applies only to products that have been:

Used normally
Handled appropriately
Installed according to instructions

It does not cover:

Improper installation
Hand-tightened nuts
Use of cement sealant
Overtightening that could cause the basin to crack

Any damage resulting from these practices will void the warranty.

Hot water exceeding 140 °F (57 °C)
